摘 要:为探究熟化软颗粒教槽料的最佳加工工艺参数,采用单因素试验和响应面试验对主要加工工艺参数进行优化,利用Design-Expert 8.0.6软件对试验结果进行多元回归拟合,得到熟化软颗粒教槽料糊化度与调质加水量(A)、挤出温度(B)和螺杆转速(C)关系的二次回归方程:R=88.45-2.09A+2.2B+0.65C+0.93AB-0.75AC+0.3BC-2.8A2-1.61B2-2.47C2经回归分析表明:模型的决定系数R2为98.81%,熟化软颗粒教槽料的糊化度预测值为89.51%,经验证试验在最佳加工工艺参数条件(调质加水量21.4%、挤出温度123℃、螺杆转速326 r/min)下,熟化软颗粒教槽料的糊化度实测值为89.33%,回归模型的相对误差小于1%,说明实测值与预测值间有较好的拟合度,回归模型可靠,具有一定的参考价值。In order to optimize the processing technology of soft pellet creep feed.In this study,the optimal conditions for the preparation of soft pellet creep feed was determined by using response surface methodology(RSM).A single factor test was first performed to find out the optimum range of moisture addition(%),extruder barrel temperature(℃)and screw speed(r/min).The equation was:R=88.45-2.09A+2.2B+0.65C+0.93AB-0.75AC+0.3BC-2.8A2-1.61B2-2.47C2;Based on the results of the single factor test,the distance between the starting point of each variable and the different levels of each variable in the RSM was determined.The optimization was applied using a central composite design(CCD)to investigate the effects of three independent variables above on gelatinization degree,which affect importantly the extent and quality of the final product.The optimal process conditions for creep feed were found to be 21.4%moisture addition,123℃extruder barrel temperature and 326 r/min screw speed giving the highest gelatinization degree of 89.51%,which was measured to be 89.33%of the actual value.The relative error of the regression model was less than 1%,which indicated that there was a good fit between the measured and predicted values,and the regression model was reliable and has some reference value.
