摘  要:地方应用型本科高校产教融合实践中存在企业参与产教融合动力不足、产教融合合而不深、合而不稳、不长久等诸多问题,必须要在动力、运行和管理体制方面进行产教融合机制创新,才能全面深入实施产教融合人才培养。以成都工业学院为例,基于长期实践,提出了“三层次·矩阵式·三螺旋”产教融合创新机制。There are many problems in the practice of industry-teaching integration in local application-oriented undergraduate universities,such as the lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in industry-education integration,the combination of industry-education integration is not deep,the combination of industry-education integration is unstable,and it is not long.In order to fully and deeply implement the talent training of industry-education integration,it is necessary to innovate the mechanism of industry-education integration in the aspects of motivation,operation and management system.Taking Chengdu Technological University as an example,based on long-term practice,a“three-level,matrix-type and three-spiral”innovation mechanism of industry-teaching integration was proposed.
