公园城市建设背景下的成都生态环境与区域经济融合发展研究

摘　　要：在公园城市建设背景下,转变经济发展方式,做好环境保护工作,发挥环保对经济发展的优化作用,实现经济与生态的融合发展具有重要意义。以全国公园城市示范区-四川省成都市为研究区域,开展生态环境与区域经济融合发展研究,研究发现成都市:1)经济平稳较快增长,生态建设持续开展;2)产业结构和能源结构优化推进,环境治理加强;3)环境资源消耗过高,资源环境约束加剧,污染治理的压力仍然存在;4)生态创建水平高低不一;5)群众对环保的关注度大幅上升,但个人行为与环保理念契合度不高。基于生态与经济协同发展视角,提出深化改革与调整结构、创新工艺、加强生态环保制度化与规范化、推动区域间协调发展、营造有利于生态文明建设的社会氛围等对策。Under the background of park city construction,it is of great significance to transform the mode of economic development,do a good job in environmental protection,give play to the optimization role of environmental protection in economic development,and achieve the integration of economic and ecological development.In this paper,Chengdu,a national park city demonstration area in Sichuan Province,was taken as the research area to carry out research on the integrated development of ecological environment and regional economy.The research findings:1)Chengdu has a steady and rapid economic growth and sustainable ecological construction;2)The industrial structure and energy structure are optimized,and environmental governance is strengthened;3)The consumption of environmental resources is too high,the constraints on resources and environment are intensified,and the pressure on pollution control still exists;4)The level of ecological creation varies;5)People's attention to environmental protection has increased significantly,but their personal behavior does not fit the environmental protection concept well.Based on the perspective of coordinated development of ecology and economy,some countermeasures were put forward,such as deepening reform and adjusting structure,innovating technology,strengthening the institutionalization and standardization of ecological environmental protection,promoting coordinated development among regions,and creating a social atmosphere conducive to the construction of ecological civilization.
