摘　　要：对中俄交通领域教育合作的现状和现实基础进行分析,阐述推动中俄交通领域教育合作、培养交通领域国际化复合型人才的重要意义。对中俄交通领域教育合作中的语言学习、标准规范差异和人才培养模式等方面存在的问题进行分析,从打造“俄语+专业”的交通领域人才培养新模式、构建国际化产学研协同育人创新机制、以教育共同体理念推动形成中俄交通领域人才培养合作特色等3个方面,提出中俄交通领域教育合作的人才培养路径。This paper analyses the current situation and practical basis of Sino-Russian educational cooperation in the field of transportation,and describes the significance of promoting Sino-Russian educational cooperation and cultivating international interdisciplinary talents in the field of transportation.Moreover,this paper analyses the problems in language learning,differences in standards and norms,and talent training modes in the Sino-Russian educational cooperation in the field of transportation,and proposes a model of talents civilization for Sino-Russian educational cooperation in the field of transportation in three aspects:creating a new mode of talents civilization of“Russian language+major”in the field of transportation,building an innovative mechanism of international“industry-university-research”collaborative education,and promoting the formation of the characteristics of talents civilization in Sino-Russian educational cooperation in the field of transportation with the concept of educational community.
