摘 要:为实现燃油箱内的催化惰化过程平稳可控,在耗氧型催化惰化系统流程基础上,以燃油箱气相空间气体组分为基准,基于质量守恒和能量守恒方程,建立系统流程数学模型,通过推导出稳定氧浓度与流量比的关系式,以此建立稳定氧浓度特性模型,并揭示稳定氧浓度与补气流量、放热功率、产水速率等不同性能参数的内在联系。结果表明:存在着稳定氧浓度为0%的流量比区间,在这个区间内稳定氧浓度不随流量比的变化而变化,且该区间随着催化反应器效率的提高而增大;提高稳定氧浓度可以有效的降低催化反应器的发热功率和产水速率,在本研究计算条件下稳定氧浓度从1%提高到9%,发热功率和产水速率下降了36.1%;稳定氧浓度与流量比的对应关系受燃油类型的影响,蒸汽压越高的燃油在相同工况下需要更大的流量比才能维持同一稳定氧浓度;海拔高度和飞机爬升速率会对稳定氧浓度产生影响,在流量比不变的情况下,稳定氧浓度随着海拔高度的增加而降低,且爬升率越大稳定氧浓度的下降速率越快。To realize a stable and controllable catalytic inerting process in the aircraft fuel tank,based on the process of the oxygen-consuming catalytic inerting system,using the gas composition in the ullage of the fuel tank as the benchmark,a mathematical model of the system process is established with reference to the mass conservation and energy conservation equations.By figuring out the relationship between stable oxygen concentration and flow rate,a stable oxygen concentration characteristic model is proposed,showing the internal relationship between stable oxygen concentration and different performance parameters like flow rate,heat generation rate,and water production rate.The results reveal that there is a flow ratio interval where the stable oxygen concentration remains steady at 0%,and the stable oxygen concentration in this interval does not change when the flow ratio changes.Furthermore,the interval grows as the catalytic reactor efficiency increases.The increase of the stable oxygen concentration can effectively reduce the catalytic reactors heat generation and water production rates.Under the present calculation conditions,the stable oxygen concentration tends to increase from 1%to 9%,and the heat generation and water production rates decrease by 36.1%.The relationship between the stable oxygen concentration and the flow ratio is affected by the fuel type:With the higher vapor pressure,greater flow ratio is needed to maintain the same stable oxygen concentration.The altitude and aircraft climbing rate may affect the stable oxygen concentration.In the case of a constant flow ratio,stable oxygen concentration decreases with the increase of altitude,and a greater climbing rate may lead to a faster decline rate of stable oxygen concentration.
