摘  要:生育酚是维生素E的主要活性成分,对人体的健康具有重要作用。本研究以190份玉米自交系为试验材料,研究不同杂种优势群玉米籽粒中生育酚含量的差异,并对结果进行多重比较,通过对海南、保定两点表型进行最优线性无偏估计。结果表明:玉米籽粒中α-生育酚含量范围是2.04~14.28μg/g;γ-生育酚含量最多,在自交系群体中的范围是3.50~28.73μg/g;δ-生育酚含量范围是0.51~3.01μg/g;总生育酚含量范围是8.17~33.46μg/g。通过遗传力分析发现,4种性状都表现出较高的遗传力(>0.67)。对不同杂种优势群自交系进行生育酚含量分析发现,除α-生育酚外其他性状生育酚含量在不同群体中均存在显著差异,4种性状中只有总生育酚含量受环境影响显著。其中Reid和旅大红骨群体的总生育酚和α-生育酚含量较高,旅大红骨群体的α-生育酚含量占比也较高,综合评价得出应重视Reid和旅大红骨群体作为提高玉米生育酚含量的种质资源,且本研究还推荐了各杂种优势群中总生育酚和α-生育酚含量较高的自交系。综上,本研究明确了不同杂种优势群中各种生育酚含量的差异,为进一步遗传学分析和组配高生育酚含量品种提供借鉴。Tocopherol is the main active component of vitamin E and plays an important role in human health.In this study,190 maize inbred lines were used as experimental materials to explore the differences of tocopherol content in maize grain among diflferent heterotic groups followed by multiple comparisons.The results of best linear unbiased prediction of two locations(Hainan and Baoding)show that the total tocopherol content ranged from 8.17 to 33.46|ig/g.The a-tocopherol content ranged from 2.04 to 14.28μg/g.Theγ-tocopherol content ranged from 3.50 to 28.73μg/g that took up the largest proportion of tocopherol in maize grain.Theδ-tocopherol content ranged from 0.51 to 3.01 pg/g.And all the four traits showed high heatability(>0.67).Analysis among different heterotic groups found that there was a significant difference in all the other tocopherol traits among different heterotic groups except for a-tocopherol content.Only the total tocopherol content was significantly influenced by the environment.In average,there was a higher a-tocopherol and total tocopherol content in Reid and Lvda Red Cob groups,and the percentage of a-tocopherol content was also higher in Lvda Red Cob group.Comprehensive evaluation showed that emphasis should be laid on Reid and Lvda Red Cob groups as germplasm resources to increase tocopherol content in maize grain.Besides,inbred lines with higher contents of total tocopherol and a-tocopherol in every heterosis group were recommended in this study.In summary,the differences of tocopherol contents among different heterosis groups were explored in this study.We expect to provide reference for further genetic analysis and high tocopherol content breeding.
