摘 要:在“统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设实施办法(暂行)”精神指导下,分析欧洲大陆传统高等教育体系、盎格鲁-撒克逊传统的高教体系之特点,结合G-local理论,归纳加州理工、约翰-霍普金斯两所大学成功经验,以X大学民族学区域一流学科建设为例,对地方高校民族学区域一流学科建设与教学中所存在的学科建设特色不明显,缺乏领军人才等问题进行探讨,指出民族学学科建设与教学改革宜服务国家战略需要、区域民族学一流学科建设宜重视海外民族志及海外民族问题研究之转向。Under the guidance of the“Implementation Measures for Promoting the Construc⁃tion of World-class Universities and First-class Disciplines(Interim)”,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the traditional higher education systems in Continental Europe and the Anglo-Saxon world,and draws upon successful experiences from Caltech and Johns Hopkins University,in combination with the G-Local theory.The paper uses the regional top discipline of ethnology at X University as a case study to explore the problems that exist in the construc⁃tion and teaching of regional top disciplines in local universities,such as the lack of distinct disciplinary features or leading talents.The paper argues that the construction and teaching re⁃form of ethnology should serve national strategies and focus on overseas ethnographic research and paradigm shifts of regional top disciplines in ethnology.It is important to promote the de⁃velopment of regional top disciplines and the overall level of higher education through innova⁃tion and reform,in order to meet the needs of China’s socio-economic development and to contribute to the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines.
