快速检测片技术在食品微生物检测中的应用

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、电话咨询、送检回访与外委调研相结合的方法,分析了快速检测片技术在国内食品检测中的应用现状,并提出了存在的问题与发展趋势。结果表明,快速检测片技术与培养基检测技术的结果吻合性在90%以上;快速检测片技术在政府机构和第三方检测机构中应用较为普遍,而食品生产或加工企业使用率偏低。我国快速检测片技术仍然存在快速检测片成本高、标准规范不完善和与国外同类型产品相比竞争力差等问题,仍然需要通过加强宣传和指导、加大政策扶持和建立相关检测标准规范等手段,在提升快速检测片技术质量的同时,降低产品价格,提升市场竞争力和扩大应用市场。Using the methods of questionnaire,telephone consultation,inspection return visit and outsourcing investigation,this paper analyzes the application status of rapid detection chip technology in domestic food detection,and puts forward the existing problems and development trend.The results showed that the coincidence between the rapid detection technique and the medium detection technique was more than 90%;Rapid detection chip technology is widely used in government agencies and third-party detection agencies,while the utilization rate of food production or processing enterprises is low.China’s rapid detection film technology has problems such as high cost of rapid detection film,imperfect standards and specifications and poor competitiveness compared with similar foreign products.It is necessary to improve the technical quality of rapid detection film and reduce the product price by strengthening publicity and guidance,increasing policy support and establishing relevant detection standards and specifications enhance market competitiveness and expand application market.
