论文化化人与思政育人的时代契合

摘　　要：文化化人和思政育人是紧密联系的、不可分割的两个教育实践过程,其共同的价值指向是人的成长与成才。其中,文化的人化向度与化人功能同思政教育的文化特色与人学追求,在现实的育人实践中逐渐渗透及交融,进而形成以人为体,以育为用,相伴而生且相得益彰的关系。基于此,在中国特色社会主义文化建设和新时代思想政治教育的实践中,我们要努力促进文化化人和思政育人的方向契合、方法聚合以及价值整合,以有效提升立德树人的质量和效益,服务于为社会主义现代化强国建设培育英才的伟大使命。Educating students with culture and cultivating talents with ideological and political education are two closely related and inseparable education practices that could contribute to students’growth and success.The humanization element and the educational value of culture are penetrating and interacting with the cultural dimension and the humanism pursuit of the ideological and political education in the education practices of universities,which gives birth to a student-centered complimentary talent cultivation relationship.Therefore,if we can promote the convergence of educating students with culture and cultivating talents with ideological and political education in terms of directions,methods and values in the process of constructing socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and in fostering ideological and political education in the New Era,we may help to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the work in developing talents of high virtues,and fulfill the great mission of cultivating talents for building a strong modernized socialist country.
