摘 要:大规模风电并网接入后,储能单元运行总成本较高,储能容量配置效果较差,因此,设计了大规模风电并网下的储能容量配置优化决策方法。选用小波变换算法获取风力发电功率的时间间隔特征,构建风力发电量预测模型,确定储能容量配置优化目标函数及约束条件,使用拉丁超立方采样方法对预测结果进行抽样,获取并对比不同的决策方案,构建储能容量配置优化决策模型,求解并确定最优决策方案。实验结果表明,此方法可有效控制电力系统运行总成本,提升电力系统经济性。After large-scale wind power is connected to the grid,the total operating cost of energy storage unit is higher and the configuration effect of energy storage capacity is poorer.Therefore,the optimization decision method of energy storage capacity configuration under large-scale wind power is designed.Choosing wavelet transform algorithm to obtain interval characteristics of wind power generation,wind power prediction model was constructed,the energy storage capacity configuration optimization objective function and constraint conditions was determined.Using the Latin hypercube sampling method to predict the results for sampling,and comparison of different decision schemes,building energy storage capacity allocation optimization decision model,and the optimal decision scheme were determined.Experimental results show that this method can effectively control the total operating cost of power system and improve the economy of power system.
