摘 要:为定量表征喷砂辊表面形貌、准确判断喷砂辊表面磨损状态,以河南麦道面粉有限公司2M工艺部位DMFT型磨粉机喷砂辊为研究对象,采用搭建的图像采集装置对其磨损周期内的表面形貌进行采集,并应用Matlab平台进行图像处理和分形维数识别计算,研究了磨损时间与磨损形貌分形维数的关系。结果表明,随着喷砂辊表面磨损时间增加,其表面形貌分形维数呈逐渐减小的趋势,且在磨损前期减小速率较慢,在磨损后期,由于喷砂辊表面被磨损,表面粗糙程度降低,剪切作用减小,挤压作用增大,导致喷砂辊磨损速率加剧,分形维数急剧下降。在制粉过程中,同一磨损时间的喷砂辊表面形貌具有自相似性,分形维数可以定量表征喷砂辊表面形貌,为准确描述喷砂辊表面磨损状态提供参考。In order to quantitatively characterize the blasting surface morphology and accurately judge the surface wear state of the blasting roller,aiming at the 2M process part of the DMFT mill sandblasting roller of Henan Maidao Flour Co.,Ltd.,the built image acquisition device was used to collect the surface topography during the wear period,and the Matlab platform was used for image processing and fractal dimension recognition calculation.The relationship between wear time and fractal dimension of wear morphology was studied.The results show that the fractal dimension of the surface morphology of the sandblasting roller gradually decreases with the increase of the wear time of the surface of the sandblasting roller,and the decreasing rate is slow in the early stage of wear.The degree of reduction decreases,the shearing action decreases,and the squeezing action increases,resulting in an increase in the wear rate of the sandblasting roller and a sharp drop in the fractal dimension.In the process of pulverizing,the surface morphology of sandblasting roller with the same wear time is self-similar,and the fractal dimension can quantitatively characterize the surface morphology of sandblasting roller,which provides a reference for accurately describing the wear state of sandblasting roller.
