摘　　要：磨辊是辊式磨粉机研磨机构的研磨辊体,在研磨过程中磨辊表面磨损,剪切能力下降,吨粉能耗增加,研磨性能明显下降,正常工况,一般3个月左右就需要更换磨损后的磨辊,在更换磨辊时,轴承的拆卸和安装至关重要,要注意轴承安装是否规范,安装后轴承径向游隙是否合理,安装过盈是否恰当,这不仅影响轴承的机械性能和使用寿命,对磨粉机的研磨性能也具有较大影响。就轴承的结构形式进行简要剖析,浅谈辊式磨粉机磨辊锥孔球面滚子轴承的结构以及安装和更换轴承时应注意的事项、技巧和方法。Mill roller is roller mill grinding mechanism grinding roller body,in the grinding process of grinding roller surface wear,shear capacity decrease,tons of powder energy consumption increase,grinding performance significantly decreased,normal working conditions generally need to replace the worn grinding roller in about three months,in the replacement of the grinding roller,bearing disassembly and installation is crucial,bearing installation is standardized,whether the radial clearance of the bearing after installation is reasonable,whether the installation interference is appropriate,not only affects the mechanical properties and service life of the bearing,but also has a greater impact on the grinding performance of the mill.This article briefly analyzes the structural form of bearings,discusses the structure of roller mill roller tapered hole spherical roller bearings and the matters,skills and methods that should be paid attention to when mounting and replacing bearings.
