摘　　要：洋务运动时期是西方现代卫生学说在华传播史上极具开拓意义的历史时期。“近代传播西学的第一人”傅兰雅通过开拓性的选择翻译西方现代卫生学说、译本生产中务实的文化叙事策略、积极拓宽卫生文化信息的流通渠道,有力助推了西方现代卫生学说的中国传播,开启了国人卫生观念从传统道家哲学卫生观向现代科学卫生观的历史转向之旅,进而将极具现代意义的公共卫生观引入国人的卫生视野。洋务运动时期傅兰雅的卫生科普极具时代特色、主体意识和历史意蕴,成就了中国卫生启蒙史和中外医学文化交流史上的不朽篇章,对当下中医文化海外科普也具有一定的启示意义。The Westernization Movement is a historical period of great pioneering significance for the spreading of western modern health theories in China.Fryer,who is known as"the first person to spread western learning in modern times"translates modern western medical books through pioneering efforts.With pragmatic cultural narrative strategies in the production of translated versions,he actively broadens the circulation channels of health cultural information,which helps promoting the spread of modern western health concepts in China,opens the historical turn of Chinese health concepts from traditional Taoist philosophy to modern scientific health concepts,and then introduces the public health concept of great modern significance into Chinese health vision.With the characteristics of the times,subjective consciousness and historical significance,Fryer's efforts in popularizing health science during the Westernization Movement had made an immortal chapter in the history of China's health enlightenment and the history of Chinese and foreign medical cultural communications,and also had certain enlightening significance for the current overseas science popularization of Chinese medicine culture.
