摘  要:为探讨数字化背景下BOPPPS教学模式在大学体育教学中的实效性,特选取50名跆拳道普修课女生开展研究。随机将学生分为对照组与试验组(各25人),随后对试验组学生进行为期18周的以数字技术为依托的BOPPPS教学干预实验,以专项技术、身体素质、考核成绩、教学满意度、每周锻炼次数作为对比的评测指标。结果表明:将以数字技术为依托的BOPPPS教学模式应用于跆拳道普修课中,比利用传统教学模式对大学生专项技术、身体素质、考核成绩、每周锻炼次数的提升效果更加明显,有利于大学生养成“终身体育”思想。In order to explore the efectiveness of BOPPPS teaching mode in college physical education in the context of going digital,50 female students of tsaekwondo general course were randomly divided into control group and experimental group(25 in each group),and then the experimental group students were subjected to an 18 week BOPPPS teaching intervention experiment based on digital technology,with special technology,physical quality,asessment results,teaching satisfaction and weekly exercise times a the comparative evaluation indicators.Findings show that compared with the traditional teaching mode,the application of BOPPPS teaching mode based on digial technology in tackwondo general course has a more obvious effect on the improvement of col lege students'special technology,physical quality,examination results and the number of exercises per week,which is conducive to the cultivation of college students’thought of"life-long physical education".
