摘 要:基于管理理念、运输储存、装卸搬运、技术水平及协调性五个维度构建低碳背景下港口物流服务供应链指标要素体系,采用总解释结构模型(TISM)与网络层次分析模型(ANP)相结合的方法,分析指标要素之间的关系,构建指标要素层次结构模型图。再结合模型图,计算港口物流服务供应链影响要素的权重及其排序,得到关键指标要素。结果表明,理念、技术与协作等方面是影响港口物流服务供应链有效运作的主要因素。Based on the five dimensions of management concept,transportation and storage,unloading and transshipment,technical level,and coordination,we constructed the index factor system of the port logistics service supply chain in the context of low carbon development.Using a combination of the total interpretive structure model(TISM)and the analytic network process(ANP),we analyzed the relationship among the index factors,and constructed the hierarchy model of the index factors.Next,in connection with said model,we calculated the weight and ranking of the influential factors of the port logistics service supply chain,and obtained the key index factors.The result showed that concept,technology and coordination are the main factors affecting the effective operation of the port logistics service supply chain.
