摘　　要：目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情下上海市市级医院甲状腺恶性肿瘤手术患者的收治特点,并提出改进建议。方法收集2020年1月1日-12月31日上海市36家市级医院收治的甲状腺恶性肿瘤手术患者信息,并与2019年同期数据进行比较。采用SPSS 21.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果受新冠肺炎疫情影响,上海市36家市级医院2020年甲状腺恶性肿瘤手术患者出院人次为21710人次,较2019年同期减少3.96%;平均住院日为5.00 d,较2019年同期延长2.88%;次均费用为19716.63元,较2019年同期增加5.43%;次均药品费为2561.06元,较2019年同期增加7.41%;次均耗材费为3817.46元,较2019年同期增加10.94%。结论新冠肺炎疫情对上海市市级医院甲状腺恶性肿瘤手术患者的医疗服务能力、医疗服务效率、医疗费用控制均有一定影响。综合医院需提高医疗服务能力;专科医院需提升医疗服务效率;中医医院需增强成本管控意识。Objective To explore the treatment characteristics of patients undergoing thyroid malignancy surgery in Shanghai municipal hospitals under the epidemic situation of COVID-19,and put forward suggestions for improvement.Methods The information of thyroid malignancy surgery patients admitted to 36 municipal hospitals in Shanghai from January 1,2020 to December 31,2020 was collected,and compared with the data of the same period in 2019.SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results Due to the impact of COVID-19,the number of discharged thyroid malignancy surgery patients from 36 municipal hospitals in Shanghai reached 21710 in 2020,a decrease of 3.96%compared with the same period in 2019.The average length of stay was 5.00 days,2.88%longer than the same period in 2019.The average cost was 19716.63 Yuan,an increase of 5.43%compared with the same period in 2019.The average drug cost was 2561.06 Yuan,increased by 7.41%compared with the same period in 2019,respectively.The average consumption cost was 3817.46 Yuan,which increased by 10.94%compared with the same period in 2019,respectively.Conclusion The COVID-19 epidemic has a certain impact on the medical service capacity,medical service efficiency and medical cost control of thyroid malignancy surgery patients in Shanghai municipal hospitals.General hospitals need to improve the capacity of medical services;specialized hospitals need to improve the efficiency of medical services;traditional Chinese medicine hospitals need to strengthen the consciousness of cost control.
