摘　　要：自助式学习是数字时代的一种普遍的非正式学习方式,是塑造学习型个人的必备素养和实现终身学习的不二法门。在整合和分析国内外相关文献的基础上,探讨自助式学习的内涵、特征和意义,讨论有效开展自助式学习的根本路径,认为需求诊断、理论引领、素养提升、技术赋能、善用场景、策略应用、榜样参照七大方面是有益于实现高效自助式学习的进路。DIY learning is a common informal learning method in the digital age,which is essential for shaping learning-oriented individuals and realizing lifelong learning.Based on the integration and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper explores the connotation,characteristics and significance of DIY learning and discusses the fundamental path to effectively carry out DIY learning.It is believed that seven aspects of demand diagnosis,theoretical guidance,quality improvement,technology empowerment,good use of scenarios,strategy application and model reference,are beneficial to achieve efficient DIY learning.
