摘  要:利用2019—2021年新疆气象灾害预警信号发布数据,运用分类统计、对比分析法得出了新疆常用11种气象灾害预警的发布频次、年际变化趋势以及时空分布特征。结果表明:发布量排前3的是雷电(10 255条)、大风(9 597条)、暴雨(2 271条);年均发布量为11 139条,且呈现逐年增多趋势;发布等级较多的是黄色和蓝色,分别占50.60%、35.03%;预警发布具有明显的地域特点,且空间分布与对应的区域气象灾害一致。通过分析全疆预警信号的时空分布特征,为极端气象灾害频发的地(州、市)建立相应的防御措施提供科学参考和依据,进一步提升气象防灾减灾预警水平,从而更好地发挥气象防灾减灾第一道防线作用。This paper uses the 2019~2021 Xinjiang meteorological disaster warning signals and uses classification statistics and comparative analysis methods to obtain the release frequency,interannual variation trend,and spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of 11 commonly used meteorological disaster warnings in Xinjiang.The results show that the top 3 releases are thunder and lightning(10255),gale(9597),and heavy rain(2271);the average annual release is 11139,and it shows an increasing trend year by year;the release grades are more yellow and blue,accounting for 50.60%and 35.03%respectively.The release volume has obvious regional characteristics,and the spatial distribution is consistent with the corresponding regional climate disasters.By analyzing the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of early warning signals in Xinjiang,it can provide scientific reference and basis for the establishment of corresponding defense measures in prefectures and cities with frequent extreme meteorological disasters,and further improve the level of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation early warning,so as to better play the role of the first line of defense in meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation.
