摘  要:深中通道浅滩区非通航孔桥上部结构为60 m跨整体预制混凝土箱梁,箱梁为单箱双室截面,共计155片,梁重2800~3180 t。箱梁预制完成后,采用专门研制的纵、横移台车,按照“横移→纵移→横移”方案进行陆上移运。预制场配置3套横移台车(单套2台)和1套纵移台车(单套由2列台车组成),台车均采用智能化、模块化设计,各个系统控制集成于PLC控制模块;预制场布置6组(12条)横移滑道和1组(2条)纵移轨道。横移台车移梁施工时,利用竖向千斤顶将箱梁顶升至离模板面5~6 cm,将台车4个边支点的机械锁旋转上升到位,通过横向千斤顶配合两侧抓钩,利用台车底部钢板上的反力键槽往前顶推横移箱梁至存梁台座存放。箱梁架设时,纵移台车对位完成后,横移台车在存梁区取梁横移至纵移台车上锁定,纵移台车纵移至出海码头,横移台车再次横移至码头前端,由“天一号”运架一体船进行架梁施工。通过上述台车智能化移运技术,确保了大型箱梁移运施工安全、高效和梁体质量。The superstructure of the non-navigation channel bridge of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link in shallow shoal area consists of 60 m-long integrally precast concrete box girders of two-cell cross-section.A total of 155,60 m-long concrete box girders are used,weighing 2800-3180 t.After prefabrication,the concrete girders were moved on land following a sequence of transverse moving,longitudinal moving and transverse moving,using the bespoke trolleys.The fabrication yard prepared three sets of trolleys for transverse movement(each set consisting of two trolleys)and one set of trolleys for longitudinal movement(the set consisting of two longitudinal rows of trolleys).The trolleys are of intelligent and modularized design,with all the systems controlled by and integrated into a PLC module.Six groups of rails(12 rails)for transverse movement and one group(two rails)for longitudinal movement were laid out in the fabrication yard.When the girders were transversely moved,vertical jacks were applied to jack up the girders 5 to 6 cm away from the formwork surface,rotate the mechanical locks at the four edge supporting points of the trolleys up into position,afterwards,the transverse jacks were utilized together with the grab hooks on the two sides,against the pockets of reaction shear studs in the bottom steel plate of the trolleys,to push the girders forwards to the storage beds.During the girder erection process,when the trolleys for longitudinal movement were adjusted into designated position,the trolleys for transverse movement began to carry girders and transversely move to the trolleys for longitudinal movement to be locked,trolleys for longitudinal movement walked longitudinally to the jetty,trolleys for transverse movement manoevred again to the front end of the jetty,and then the girders were erected by Crane Tianyi.By using the proposed intelligently-controlled trolleys,the transportation safety and efficiency as well as the quality of the concrete girders were guaranteed.
