水平转弯状态旋翼气动噪声特性计算分析

摘  要:为研究水平转弯状态的旋翼气动噪声特性,基于Camrad II计算得到的旋翼非定常气动载荷,采用Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(FW-H)方程计算了旋翼气动噪声特性。在相同转弯半径下计算分析了前进比对旋翼气动力和噪声的影响;同时基于二级声辐射模型开展了地面声场计算。计算结果表明:旋翼拉力和桨涡干扰会对旋翼噪声产生影响,在某些工况下都可能起主导作用;合理地选择转弯状态可以降低旋翼噪声水平。当转弯半径为40 R时,左转弯状态最佳前进比为0.25,右转弯状态最佳前进比为0.2;不同前进比对应的最大地面等效连续声级差异能够达到7 dB。In order to study the aeroacoustic characteristics of rotor in level turn state,the aerodynamic noise was calculated and analyzed based on the FW-H equation,combined with the unsteady aerodynamic load of the rotor obtained by Camrad II.The influence of forward ratio on rotor aerodynamic force and aeroacoustic was calculated and analyzed under the same turn radius.At the same time,the ground sound field was calculated based on secondary noise radiation model.The calculation results showed that rotor thrust and blade-vortex interaction both affected the rotor noise,and both may played a leading role in some conditions.The rotor noise level could be reduced by choosing the turn state reasonably.When the turn radius was 40 R,the best forward ratio of left turn was 0.25,and the best forward ratio of right turn was 0.2.The maximum difference of equivalent continuous sound pressure level corresponding to different forward ratio could reach 7 dB.
