摘  要:为快速、准确地测试生产线上封装设备镜头模组的成像清晰能力,提出一种计算简便和抗噪性强的清晰度评价函数。边缘是图像特征的重要信息,利用改进的刃边法获得图像的边缘扩展函数(edge spread function,ESF),对ESF数据进行线性拟合和五点线性滤波后,用三次样条插值方法获得镜头成像的清晰度数据。实验求得的清晰度数据符合人眼视觉特性,在噪声影响下,测得刃边倾斜角度最大误差为0.066°,为计算图像清晰度提供精确的样本数据,清晰度测量的均方根误差为0.18个像素,平均计算时间为0.2 ms,表明该方法有较好的抗噪性,能快速准确地表示镜头模组的清晰度,提供生产镜头模组的质量参考指标。In order to quickly and accurately test the clarity of the lens modules of the packaging equipment on the production line,a clarity evaluation function with easy calculation and strong noise immunity was proposed.Edge is the important information of image features.Use the improved slanted edge method to select the edge area of the image to calculate the edge spread function(ESF).After linear fitting and five-point linear filter of ESF data,the cubic spline interpolation method is used to obtain accurate image clarity data.Experiments show that the obtained clarity data conforms to the characteristics of human vision,under the influence of noise,the maximum error of the measured edge inclination angle is 0.066°,which provides accurate sample data for calculating image clarity.The root mean square error of the sharpness measurement is 0.18 pix,and the average calculation time is 0.2 ms.It shows that the method has good noise resistance,can quickly and accurately express the clarity of the lens module,and provide a quality reference index for the production of the lens module.
