摘  要:针对重型车尾气排放设计了一款车载远程监控终端系统。该系统采用GD32国产微控制器作为主控制处理核心,设计了可靠且低成本的系统方案。硬件架构以国产芯片为主,包括4G模块ML302、定位芯片AIR530、安全芯片RJMU401。终端通过GD32的CAN总线,根据SEAJ1939协议采集、解析包括NOx、PM在内的排放数据,采集相关传感器数据、车辆的位置信息,并通过4G模块实现远程通信数据上传,板载SPI接口FLASH对所有数据进行加密存储。软件功能可完整实现数据采集、处理、加密存储及安全可靠上传。该车载终端已投入使用,实测表明能可靠采集数据并上报,系统实时性好,恶劣工况下工作稳定。A vehicle remote monitoring terminal system is designed for heavy vehicle exhaust emission.The system uses GD32 micro⁃controller as the main control and processing core,and a reliable and low⁃cost system scheme is designed.The hardware architecture is mainly domestic chips,including 4G module ML302,positioning chip AIR530,security chip RJMU401.Through the CAN bus of GD32,the terminal collects and resolves emission data including NOx and PM according to SEAJ1939 protocol,collects relevant sensor data and vehicle location information,and uploads remote communication data through 4G module.All data are encrypted and stored by on⁃board SPI Flash.Software function can complete data collection,processing,encryption storage as well as safe and reliable upload.The vehicle⁃mounted terminal has been put into use,and the measurement shows that it can reliably collect and report data.The system has good real⁃time performance and keeps stable under harsh working conditions.
