摘　　要：天然免疫应答在免疫防御功能中发挥重要作用,中性粒细胞是保护机体免受微生物感染并消除病原体感染的主要免疫细胞,在肿瘤疾病中具有促进肿瘤和抑制肿瘤的双重作用。肿瘤相关性中性粒细胞(TANs)对实体肿瘤的生长和进展均具有重要影响。本文重点阐述TANs在肿瘤发病机制和进展中的作用,以及探讨TANs作为新型肿瘤治疗靶点的潜在作用。Natural immune response plays an important role in immune defense function.Neutrophils are the main immune cells that protect the body from and eliminate pathogen infection,and play a dual role in tumor promotion and inhibition.Tumor-associated neutrophils(TANs)play an important role in the growth and progression of solid tumors.This article focuses on the role of TANs in the pathogenesis and progression of cancer,and discusses the potential role of TANs as novel tumor therapeutic targets.
