高职院校产业学院协同治理探析

摘　　要：在高职院校产业学院治理系统运行过程中,办学主体间需要共同参与、相互配合、形成共识、集体决策和合力执行等,协同治理是高职院校产业学院实现高效治理的重要途径。目前,高职院校产业学院治理存在定位不明确、利益不均衡、服务对象不明确等现实困境,应深度剖析产业学院协同治理模式的内在逻辑,明确产业升级的促进作用、利益主体的共商共赢和产业人才的培养目标,在协同治理中,高职院校产业学院需围绕进一步明确产业学院办学定位,充分考虑各方资源优势、治理权限和利益诉求,全面服务人才培养等方面进行优化。In the process of the operation of the governance system of the industrial college of higher vocational colleges,the school-running entities need to participate in,cooperate with each other,form consensus,make collective decisions and jointly implement,which is prone to the phenomenon of unclear positioning,unbalanced interests,and unclear service objects.The collaborative governance is an important way for the industrial colleges of higher vocational colleges to achieve efficient governance.In order to avoid these practical dilemmas,we should deeply analyze the internal logic of the collaborative governance model of the industrial college,and clarify the promotion role of industrial upgrading,the win-win situation of stakeholders and the training objectives of industrial talents.In the collaborative governance,the industrial college of higher vocational colleges should focus on further clarifying the orientation of the industrial college,fully consider the resource advantages,governance authority and interest demands of all parties,and comprehensively serve personnel training.
