摘　　要：目的:通过文献计量学方法对2012-2022年卒中后抑郁领域的研究文献进行可视化分析,对研究热点进行讨论。方法:以Web of Science数据库为源,检索2012-2022年与卒中后抑郁相关的相关文献,使用Citespace的合作与共现网络分析对卒中后抑郁研究的国家与机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果:本研究共纳入2183篇文献,发文量呈现逐年增长,由2016年起激增。美国、中国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大位居发文量前五,占总发文量的75.7%。高频关键词为生活质量、症状、缺血性脑卒中等,关键词突现分析提示近年来研究聚焦于严重性、指南、社会支持等。结论:卒中后抑郁的评估、治疗康复、预测因子与危险因素是该领域的研究热点;卒中后抑郁的循证指南与社会支持是热点研究方向。Objective:To perform a visualization analysis of research articles and reviews in Post-Stroke Depression from 2012 to 2022,discuss about the hotpots and trends reflected in the analysis.Methods:Articles and reviews published during 2012 and 2022 were accessed from the database of Web of Science.Collaboration and co-occurrence network analyses have been conducted in Citespace.Countries,institutions,keywords and burst keywords had been included in the dimensions of this study.Results:A total of 2183 studies were included in this research.The number of papers published increased annually and a burst could be noticed in 2016.The United States,China,Britain,Australia and Canada ranked among top 5 respectively,and the amount of papers published from the five countries account for 75.7%of the total.The high-frequency keywords are quality of life,symptoms,ischemic stroke,etc.The burstness of keywords suggests that the research has focused on severity,guidelines,social support and so on in recent years.Conclusion:Evaluation,treatment and rehabilitation,predictor and risk factor are the hot topics.Guidelines and social support will be the directions of further research.
