摘　　要：病理诊断在临床上是公认的最可信赖、重复性最强、准确性最高的诊断。在目前医疗卫生事业飞速发展的环境下,病理诊断人员的数量远远不能满足临床诊疗的需求。传统的临床病理专业住院医师规范化培训缺乏灵活的培训体系,导致培训出来的医师诊断水平高低不等,不能满足临床对病理诊断的需求。当前医院处在转型发展中,笔者科室通过更新教育理念,增加带教意愿,采用导师负责制,将问题教学法和病例教学法两种教学方法引入临床病理带教过程,让住培医师在各个病理亚专科轮转的方式,去培养住培学员的学习兴趣,提高他们的诊断水平以及主动学习的意识。本文分享笔者科室在临床病理专业住培中带教中的实践和探索,探讨提高临床病理专业住培带教效果,培养合格的、能够独立从事临床病理诊断工作的执业病理医师。Pathological diagnosis is recognized as the most reliable,repeatable and accurate diagnosis in clinic.With the rapid development of medical and health care,the number of pathological diagnosis personnel cannot meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment.The traditional training of clinical pathologists lacks a flexible training system,resulting in uneven diagnostic levels of trained physicians,which cannot meet the clinical needs for pathological diagnosis.At present,the hospital is in the process of transformation and development.The author's department trains the students'interest in learning and improves their diagnosis level and consciousness of active learning by updating the educational concept,increasing the willingness to teach,adopting the teacher responsibility system,and introducing the two teaching methods of problem-based teaching method and case-based teaching method into the clinical pathology teaching process,so that the residents can rotate in each pathology sub-specialty.We will now share with you our practice and exploration in the residential training and teaching of the clinical pathology specialty in order to jointly explore and improve the effect of residential training and teaching of the clinical pathology specialty and cultivate qualified practicing pathologists who can independently engage in the work of clinical pathological diagnosis.
