摘　　要：目的调查综合医院护士中医护理技术的知信行现状,探讨影响综合医院护士中医护理技术知信行的因素。方法2021年3—5月,采用自行设计的调查问卷对枣庄市6所综合医院的护士进行横断面调查,问卷内容包括综合医院护士中医护理技术的知识、态度和行为以及获取知识的来源及影响因素。采用单因素和多元线性回归分析影响综合医院护士对中医护理技术知信行的因素。结果共回收调查问卷786份,其中知识评分42.19±4.46分,行为评分32.83±3.69分,均处于较低水平;态度评分65.04±3.85分,处于中等水平。单因素分析结果显示,不同医院等级、护士工作年限、教育背景和在职培训经历的护士知识、态度、行为得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,医院等级、教育背景、工作年限和培训经历是影响综合医院护士中医护理技术知信行的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论综合医院护士中医护理技术知识缺乏,对中医护理技术的态度较为积极,中医护理技术开展欠缺,三级综合医院、工作年限长、具有中医教育背景和接受过中医护理技术培训的护士知信行总体水平高于其他护士,综合医院应充分发挥具有中医教育、培训背景的护士在中医护理技术开展过程中的引领作用,建立和完善综合医院中医护理技术培训体系,加强中医护理技术的管理,以提高综合医院护士中医护理技术的知信行水平。Objective To investigate the current situation of nurses'knowledge and confidence in Chinese medicine nursing techniques in general hospitals and to explore the factors influencing nurses'knowledge and confidence in Chinese medicine nursing techniques in general hospitals.Methods From March to May 2021,a cross-sectional survey was conducted on nurses in 6 general hospitals of Zaozhuang by using a self-designed questionnaire,which included knowledge,attitudes and behaviours as well as sources of acquiring knowledge and influencing factors of TCM nursing technology among nurses in general hospitals.Single-factor and multiple linear regression analyses were used to analyse the factors affecting nurses'knowledge and beliefs about TCM nursing techniques in general hospitals.Results 786 questionnaires were collected,of which 42.19±4.46 points were scored for knowledge and 32.83±3.69 points for behaviour,both of which were at a low level;65.04±3.85 points were scored for attitude,which was at a medium level.The results of univariate analysis showed that the differences in the scores of nurses'knowledge,attitude and behaviour among different hospital grades,nurses'working years,educational background and on-the-job training experience were statistically significant(P<0.05);the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that hospital grade,educational background,working years and training experience were the main factors affecting nurses'knowledge and belief of Chinese medicine nursing techniques in general hospitals(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses in general hospitals lack knowledge of TCM nursing techniques,had positive attitude towards TCM nursing techniques,and the development of TCM nursing techniques is lacking.The overall level of knowledge and belief behaviour of nurses in tertiary general hospitals,with long working experience,TCM education background and training in TCM nursing techniques is higher than other nurses,and general hospitals should give full play to nurses with TCM education and training bac
