摘  要:针对目前弹用惯性开关导通不稳定即任务可靠性普遍较低的问题,综合考虑重锤、弹簧等17组设计属性参数,基于交叉验证法构建样本数据,提出了基于决策树算法的高任务可靠性惯性开关设计准则挖掘模型。该模型根据实际加工产品参数进行数据挖掘,并采用Spyder软件画出决策树图,从而确定高任务可靠性惯性开关设计准则为:当重锤重量设计小于等于0.002g时,可保证惯性开关具有高任务可靠性;以基尼系数为评价指标,确定惯性开关任务可靠性的主要影响因素;采用动力学分析的方法,验证主要影响因素的准确性。最终得出结论:重锤重量是影响开关响应阈值的主要因素。通过此研究能够有效地挖掘惯性开关高任务可靠性的设计准则,极大地提高了惯性开关的导通率,为惯性开关的发展提供理论支撑。For the current problem of unstable inertia switch conduction for ammunition,i.e.,generally low task reliability,seventeen groups of design attribute parameters such as weights and springs are considered comprehensively,and sample data are constructed based on cross-validation method,and a decision tree algorithm-based high task reliability inertia switch design criterion mining model is proposed.The model mines the data based on the actual processing product parameters and draws a decision tree diagram using Spyder software,so as to determine the high mission reliability inertia switch design criterion as follows:when the weight of the heavy hammer is designed to be less than or equal to 0.002g,the inertia switch can be guaranteed to have high mission reliability;and the Gini coefficient is used as an evaluation index to determine the main influencing factors of the mission reliability of the inertia switch;meanwhile,a Kinetic analysis was used to verify the accuracy of the main influencing factors.It is finally concluded that the weight of the heavy hammer is the main factor affecting the response threshold of the switch.This study can effectively tap into the design criteria for high mission reliability of inertial switches,greatly improve the on-off rate of inertial switches,and provide theoretical support for the development of inertial switches.
