摘　　要：现代产业学院治理是产教融合、校企合作人才培养模式的深化和发展,具有战略高度与现实意义。以平衡记分卡(BSC)为工具,分析战略检视的逻辑与框架,层层分解、整合现代产业学院人才培养模式的战略主题及目标,构建起“BSC四级战略评价体系”。运用改进的模糊评价模型和熵值法结合专家评分法赋权,弥补了建模方法的缺陷,大大提高了评价模型的客观性和可用性,为现代产业学院多元协同整体治理模式的发展提供了检验工具与经验积累。The governance of modern industrial college is the deepening and development of the talent training mode of industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation,which has strategic height and strategic significance.Using the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)as a tool,this paper analyzes the logic and framework of strategic review,decomposes and integrates the strategic themes and objectives of the talent training model of the modern industrial college level by level,and constructs a"BSC four level strategic evaluation system".The improved fuzzy evaluation model and entropy method,combined with expert scoring method for weighting,have made up for the shortcomings of the modeling method,greatly improved the objectivity and usability of the evaluation model,and provide testing tools and experience accumulation for the development of the multiple collaborative overall governance model of modern industrial colleges.
