摘  要:课程思政是新课程理观,让门门课程都蕴含思想政治教育元素和承载德育功能。地方高校的思政教育应该与城市人文精神相契合,要加强校际、校内协同,深入挖掘、弘扬、创新区域传统优秀文化独特的内涵和德育功效,共建区域课程思政优质资源,加强优质思政内容供给,形成合力育人的局面。本文以宁波帮精神为例,阐释了宁波帮精神内涵及其当代价值,构建了课程思政赓续宁波帮精神的实施路径,帮助青年学生塑造正确的价值观,内化于心、外化于行,与城市未来建设同向同行。Curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness implies the elements of ideological and political education in curriculum.Curriculum-based political and virtuous education in local universities calls for an integration and match with the urban humanism and strengthens the inter-university and intra-university collaboration,deep exploration,promotion and innovation of the unique connotation and moral education efficacy of regional traditional excellent culture,aiming at building and strengthening the high-quality resources of regional curriculum-based political and virtuous education,thus forming a situation of joint efforts to educate students.By a case study of Ningbobang,the article explained the connotation of the spirit of Ningbobang and its contemporary value.It also constructed an implementation path for related curriculum-based political and virtuous education to continue the spirit of Ningbobang.Therefore,the core values could be shaped,internalized and externalized among young students,keeping the same pace with the urban humanistic construction in the future.
