摘　　要：高等教育投入结构是否合理对大力筹集高等教育发展经费、尽快实现高等教育现代化具有重要影响。通过分析我国高等教育投入结构的现状,可以发现高等教育投入比例失衡,质量与公平难以兼顾;科技人才培养投入不足,创新发展动力缺乏;高等教育投入机制老化,助力经济发展效能低。针对高等教育投入结构存在的问题及其成因分析,合理调节投入比例,双向保障质量与公平;明确聚焦筹资重心,重点培育科技创新人才;推动投入制度改革,高效助力经济可持续发展是新发展格局下优化高等教育投入结构的具体路径。Whether the higher education input structure is reasonable has an important impact on fund raising for a higher education development and quicker modernization.Based on an analysis to China’s current higher education investment structure,it points out the imbalanced higher education investment proportion,and inadequate consideration of quality and fairness.Besides,the investment in technological personnel training is insufficient with a shortage of impetus for innovation and development.The higher education investment mechanism is out of date with low economic development promotion efficiency.An analysis to these problems in higher education investment structure and their causes calls for a concrete path construction to optimize the higher education input structure.New development patterns should reasonably adjust investment ratio,and give a dual guarantee of quality and fairness.It should clearly concentrate on the financing focus,and scientific and technological innovative talent cultivation,so as to promote the input system reform and efficiently boost a sustainable economic development.
