基于大学生科研创新的《管理研究方法》课程教学探讨

摘　　要：为了适应时代发展,激励大学生积极参与创新训练、科研创新计划、互联网+大赛以及教师团队的科学研究,实现从课本知识到实践应用的创新提升,基于《管理研究方法》课程,从科学研究的概念、选题、研究方法、科技文献查询与综述以及研究报告撰写5个方面探讨了教学方法的改革,并将改革后的教学方法应用于管理类专业《管理研究方法》课程教学中。通过在广西财经学院管理科学与工程学院3年的实践效果来看,学生受益于新的教学方法,在创新计划、国家级创新能力比赛及物流管理类比赛中取得了突破性成果,在学年论文和毕业论文的选题、研究设计、文献检索以及论文撰写等方面的能力得到了显著提升。In order to meet the needs of the development of times,encourage college students to actively participate in scientific research and innovation plan,internet innovation and entrepreneurship competition,the research of teachers’team and realize the promotion from textbook knowledge to practical application innovation,this paper proposes a teaching method about the course of management research methods for college students.It is discussed from the five aspects:the concept of scientific research,topic selection,research methods,scientific and technological literature query and summary,and research report writing,and set up the course of management research methods for college students majoring in management based on the research results.Three years’practical teaching shows that students can benefit from the course of management research methods,and their abilities in topic selection,research design,literature search and research report writing have been significantly improved.
