摘　　要：肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种慢性功能性胃肠病,虽然不会危及患者生命,但影响其生活质量,并增加抑郁症等精神疾病的发生风险。鉴于此,有必要对IBS的中枢发病机制进行探讨。功能磁共振成像是研究脑功能的一种非常有效、非侵入性活体观测技术,为评估IBS的“脑-肠轴”异常提供了新的视角。针灸治疗IBS效果肯定,但其中枢机制不完全清楚。本文对近几年国内外针灸相关文献进行回顾,并对几种功能磁共振成像研究方法在IBS中的应用进行综述。Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a chronic functional gastrointestinal disease.It is not life-threatening,but affects the quality of life and increases the risk of psychiatric disorders such as depression.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the brain central pathogenesis of IBS.Functional magnetic resonance imaging is a very effective and non-invasive in vivo observation technique for studying brain function,which provides a new perspective for evaluating the abnormality of“brain-gut axis”in IBS.Although the efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion on IBS are positive,their brain central mechanisms are still unclear.This article reviews relevant domestic and foreign literature of acupuncture-moxibustion in recent years,and summarizes the application of functional magnetic resonance imaging technology in IBS.
