摘　　要：目的观察扳机点松解治疗产后盆底肌痉挛便秘的效果。方法选择2020年2月至2022年1月上海市宝山区中西医结合医院产后康复门诊的60位产后盆底肌痉挛综合征患者为研究对象,采用信封法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组行凯格尔运动及肌电生物反馈治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加扳机点松解,治疗5周。比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、便秘评分系统(CSS)评分和便秘患者日常生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分。结果治疗后,两组VAS、CSS、PAC-QOL评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扳机点松解能改善产后盆底肌痉挛综合征患者便秘症状。Objective To observe the effect of trigger point release therapy on postpartum spastic pelvic floor muscle syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with postpartum spastic pelvic floor syndrome from the Postpartum Rehabilitation Clinic,Shanghai Baoshan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected as research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received Kegel exercise and electromyographic biofeedback treatment,and observation group received trigger point releasing therapy on the basis of control group,both groups were treated for five weeks.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,constipation scoring system(CSS)score and patient assessment of constipation quality of life(PAC-QOL)score of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,VAS,CSS,and PAC-QOL scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trigger point releasing therapy can improve the constipation symptoms of patients with postpartum spastic pelvic floor muscle syndrome.
