摘　　要：数字化时代,业务的价值需要通过业务数据的数字化来体现。阐述固网下一代网络(Next Generation Network,NGN)向IP多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IMS)迁移的策略,从基础准备工作、普通用户迁移、政企用户迁移3个方面详细分析了迁移方案和注意事项。迁移工作需要多部门、多系统配合,是一个复杂的系统工程;需要比对前后台多个系统的数据,对重构端到端维护机制及提升价值经营策略具有重要意义。In the digital age,the value of business needs to be reflected through the digitization of business data.This paper expounds the migration strategy of fixed network Next Generation Network(NGN)to IP Multimedia Subsystem(IMS),and analyzes the migration scheme and matters for attention in detail from three aspects:basic preparation work,common user migration and government and enterprise user migration.The migration work needs the cooperation of multiple departments and systems,which is a complex system engineering.Migration needs to compare the data of multiple systems in the front and background,which is of great significance to reconstruct the end-to-end maintenance mechanism and improve the value management strategy.
