摘 要:感染、炎症、肿瘤、先天畸形及严重创伤均可导致骨盆病损。因骨盆结构复杂,对于范围较大、形态复杂的骨盆病损,传统标准化内植物无法重建,或勉强重建但效果不佳。因此,精准设计、结构适配的个性化内植物重建理念成为了突破瓶颈的关键,而与之配套的术前规划、手术辅助设备与手术导航技术,成为决定手术质量与预后的关键。目前,针对3D打印辅助个性化骨盆病损重建的术前规划与手术导航技术的临床应用依然较少。面向未来,如何深入理解、把握3D打印技术的独特优势,推进3D打印精准重建骨盆病损治疗理念的临床转化,将成为骨科个性化治疗领域的重点。Infection, inflammation, tumor, congenital malformation and severe trauma can lead to pelvic lesions. Because of the complex structure of the pelvis, the pelvic lesions with large range and complex morphology are usually unable to be reconstructed by traditional standardized prosthesis, or reluctantly reconstructed, but the effect is poor. Therefore, the concept of personalized implant reconstruction with accurate design and structure has become the key to breaking through the bottleneck, and the matching preoperative planning, surgical auxiliary equipment and surgical navigation technology have become the key to determine the quality and prognosis of surgery. So far, the clinical application of 3D printing personalized pelvic lesion related planning and navigation is still less. Facing the future, how to deeply understand the unique advantages of 3D printing technology and promote the application of 3D printing to accurately reconstruct pelvic lesions will become the focus of orthopedic treatment.
