摘　　要：目的 研究肠梗阻多层螺旋CT检查的临床效果及价值,为临床该类疾病的诊断提供可靠的依据。方法 选择2019年1月—2021年2月重钢总医院收治的84例肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行多层螺旋CT检查及X线检查,对比两种检查方法的临床效果。结果 84例肠梗阻患者使用多层螺旋CT检查时准确率为91.67%,高于X线检查的53.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.448,P<0.05);多层螺旋CT检查时患者的准备时间和检查时间长于X线检查,但影像图像清晰度优于X线检查,差异有统计学意义(t=65.138、35.873;χ^(2)=5.053,P<0.05)。结论 对肠梗阻疾病进行诊断时,使用多层螺旋CT进行检查,能够帮助临床医生对疾病做出正确的判断,减少误诊或漏诊的情况发生,在临床中具有一定的应用价值。Objective To study the clinical effect and value of multi-slice spiral CT examination for intestinal obstruction,and to provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis of this disease.Methods 84 patients with intestinal obstruction admitted to Chonggang General Hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study objects,all patients underwent multilayer spiral CT examination and X-ray examination,compared the clinical effects of the two examination methods.Results The 84 patients with intestinal obstruction had 91.67%accuracy when using multilayer spiral CT,which was higher than 53.57%on X-ray,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.448,P<0.05).The examination preparation time and examination time of patients using multi-slice spiral CT were longer than those using X-ray,but the image clarity was better than those using X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(t=65.138,35.873;χ^(2)=5.053,P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of ileus diseases,the use of multi-slice spiral CT can help clinicians make a correct judgment of the disease and reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis,which has certain application value in clinical practice.
