动态脑电图诊断精神运动性癫痫的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 分析在精神运动性癫痫患者的临床诊断中应用动态脑电图的诊断价值。方法 纳入2019年1月—2022年6月苏州广济医院收治的60例精神运动性癫痫患者作为研究对象,对患者分别应用常规脑电图以及动态脑电图进行诊断,比较患者的检查异常率以及异常波。结果 常规脑电图诊断的检查异常率为51.67%,动态脑电图诊断的检查异常率为76.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.422,P<0.05);常规脑电图慢波检出率为18.33%,慢波爆发检出率为3.33%,放电波检出率为16.67%,动态脑电图慢波检出率为50.00%,慢波爆发检出率为25.00%,放电波检出率为45.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.570、25.329、6.870,P<0.05)。结论 在精神运动性癫痫患者的临床诊断中应用动态脑电图的异常检出率比较高,应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of applying dynamic EEG in the clinical diagnosis of patients with psychomotor epilepsy.Methods 60 patients with psychomotor epilepsy admitted to Suzhou Guangji Hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were included as research objects.The patients were diagnosed by applying conventional EEG and dynamic EEG,and the rate of abnormal and the abnormal waves of the examinations of the patients were compared.Results The examination abnormality rate was 51.67%for conventional EEG and 76.67%for dynamic EEG,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.422,P<0.05).The detection rate of slow wave in conventional EEG was 18.33%,slow wave burst was 3.33%,and discharge wave was 16.67%,and the detection rate of slow wave in dynamic EEG was 50.00%,slow wave burst was 25.00%,and discharge wave was 45.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.570,25.329,6.870,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dynamic EEG in the clinical diagnosis of patients with psychomotor epilepsy has a relatively high abnormality detection rate,and the application value is high.
