摘  要:为了研究日粮中添加抗菌肽对产蛋后期蛋鸡免疫功能和抗氧化能力影响,试验将120只海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组(对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组),每组6个重复,每个重复5只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂添加100,200,400 mg/kg抗菌肽的试验日粮,预试期7 d,正试期56 d,于正试期第14天注射新城疫和禽流感疫苗,于正试期第14(免疫前),28,56天采血测定各组的体液免疫水平(IgA、IgG、IgM、IL-4、IL-10水平及新城疫、禽流感抗体效价)、细胞免疫水平IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平及T淋巴细胞转化率)和抗氧化能力指标(T-AOC、T-SOD、GSH-Px活性及MDA水平)。结果表明:正试期第28天,各试验组的血清IgA水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的血清IgG水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组的血清IL-10水平显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组的血清IL-2水平显著高于对照组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的血清IFN-γ水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的T淋巴细胞转化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组的T淋巴细胞转化率显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的血清T-AOC显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),各试验组的血清T-SOD和GSH-Px活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组血清GSH-Px活性显著高于试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。正试期第56天,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的血清IgA、IgG、IL-10水平均显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),各试验组的血清IgM水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组的血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的血清IL-4水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组的血清IL-2水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),TNF-α含量显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05),各试验组的血清IFN-γ水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组的T淋巴细胞转化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组的�In order to study the effects of dietary antimicrobial peptides on immune function and antioxidant capacity of laying hens in late laying period, 120 Hy-line brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups(control group, test groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ), with 6 replicates in each group, and 5 laying hens in each replicate. The control group was fed with the basic diet, and the test groups I, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with the test diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg antimicrobial peptides, respectively. The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days and the trial period lasted for 56 days. On the 14th day of the trial period, Newcastle disease and avian influenza vaccines were injected. The humoral immunity level(IgA, IgG, IgM, IL-4, IL-10) and antibody titers of Newcastle disease and avian influenza, cellular immunity level(IL-2, TNF-α, IFN-γ) and T lymphocyte conversion rate and antioxidant capacity(T-AOC and T-SOD, GSH-Px activities, MDA level) of each group were determined from blood collected on the 14 d, 28 d and 56 d of the trial period. The results showed that on the 28th day of the trial period, the serum IgA level of each test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), the serum IgG level of test groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the serum IL-10 level of test group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of the control group and the test group Ⅰ,Ⅲ(P<0.05). The level of serum IL-2 in test group I was significantly higher than that in control group and test group Ⅲ(P<0.05), and the serum IFN-γ content in test groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The T lymphocyte transformation rate of test group Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The T lymphocyte transformation rate of test group Ⅲ was significant higher than the test group Ⅰ(P<0.05).The serum T-AOC of test group Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of the cont
