摘　　要：文章选取中国31个省份面板数据,将数字技术创新引入各省份就业技能结构研究框架,采用空间计量模型分析数字技术创新对就业技能结构的影响。研究显示:数字技术创新与就业技能结构之间存在空间依赖性;数字技术创新及其各维度水平提升均可促进就业技能结构优化;数字技术创新对就业技能结构优化的影响存在非均衡效应,即相较于落后省份,数字技术创新对先进省份就业技能结构优化的促进作用更强;产业转型升级与数字经济发展在数字技术创新对就业技能结构优化的影响进程中发挥中介作用。据此,提出推动数字技术创新发展、实施动态化和差异化政策体制、优化数字技术创新要素供给结构三种路径以期为数字技术创新优化就业结构提供理论参考。Based on the panel data of 31 provinces,this paper introduces digital technology innovation into the research framework of the employment skills structure of each province,and uses a spatial econometric model to analyze the impact of digital technology innovation on the employment skills structure.The research shows that:There is a spatial dependence between digital technology innova-tion and employment skills structure;Digital technology innovation and the improvement of all dimensions can promote the optimization of employment skills structure;The impact of digital technology innovation on the optimization of employment skills structure has a non-equilibrium effect,that is,compared with backward provinces,digital technology innovation has a stronger role in promoting the optimiza-tion of employment skills structure in advanced provinces;Industrial transformation and upgrading and digital economic development play an intermediary role in the impact of digital technology innovation on the optimization of employment skills structure.Based on this,this paper proposes a three-dimensional path to promote the development of digital technology innovation,implement dynamic and differen-tiated policy systems,and optimize the supply structure of digital technology innovation elements,with a view to providing theoretical ref-erence for digital technology innovation to optimize the employment structure.
