摘　　要：目的:观察口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位患者的效果。方法:选取2018年6月至2021年6月该院收治的84例牙周病致前牙移位患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组给予牙周基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予口腔正畸治疗,比较两组治疗前后牙齿矫正情况、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平、牙齿美观度评分、咀嚼效率及并发症发生率。结果:观察组牙槽骨高度、前牙覆盖深度、牙周袋深度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上下牙关系、邻牙关系和咀嚼效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位患者,可提高矫正效果,降低炎性因子水平,提高牙齿美观度和咀嚼效率,效果优于单纯牙周基础治疗。Objective:To observe effects of orthodontic treatment on patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 84 patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each.The control group was given basic periodontal treatment,while the observation group was given orthodontic treatment on the basis of that of the control group.The tooth correction,the inflammatory factor levels[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)],the tooth aesthetics score,the chewing efficiency,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The alveolar bone height,the anterior teeth coverage depth and the periodontal pocket depth of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The upper and lower dental relationship,the relationship with adjacent teeth and the chewing efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The orthodontic treatment for the patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease can improve the correction effects,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve the aesthetic degree of teeth and the chewing efficiency.Moreover,it is superior to simple basic periodontal treatment.
