摘　　要：目的:观察认知行为疗法联合常规药物治疗双相情感障碍抑郁发作青少年患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年1月该院收治的70例双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各35例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用认知行为疗法,比较两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)评分和家庭功能评定量表(FAD)评分。结果:治疗后,两组HAMD评分、SCSQ消极应对评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组;两组SCSQ积极应对评分、FAD评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为疗法联合常规药物治疗双相情感障碍抑郁发作青少年患者可降低HAMD评分,提高FAD评分,以及改善SCSQ评分,效果优于单纯常规药物治疗。Objective:To observe effects of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with conventional medicine on adolescent patients with bipolar disorder and depression.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 70 patients with bipolar disorder and depression admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,while the observation group was treated with cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)and family assessment device(FAD)were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the HAMD scores and the SCSQ negative coping scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the SCSQ positive coping scores and the FAD scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with conventional drugs can reduce the HAMD scores,improve the FAD scores and improve the SCSQ scores in adolescent patients with bipolar disorder and depression.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional medicine treatment.
