小剂量阿立哌唑片联合足量丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂症患者的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的研究躁狂症患者采取小剂量阿立哌唑片联合足量丙戊酸钠治疗的临床意义。方法60例躁狂症患者,随机分为对照组及试验组,每组30例。对照组采取足量丙戊酸钠治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合小剂量阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组患者副反应量表、贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评分及临床疗效。结果试验组患者总有效率90.00%高于对照组的53.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者副反应量表评分(4.50±0.21)分、BRMS评分(14.40±2.32)分、PANSS评分(61.50±2.70)分、MOAS评分(3.20±0.20)分均低于对照组的(6.80±0.18)、(24.90±2.31)、(67.50±2.70)、(5.20±0.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量阿立哌唑联合足量丙戊酸钠治疗躁狂症患者的效果显著,能够改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical significance of low-dose aripiprazole tablets combined with adequate amount of sodium valproate in the treatment of manic patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with mania were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with adequate amount of sodium valproate,and the experimental group was treated with low-dose aripiprazole on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale,Beck-Raphanson Mania Scale(BRMS),Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS),Modified Overt Aggression Scale(MOAS)score,and clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than 53.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group ahd Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale score of(4.50±0.21)points,BRMS score of(14.40±2.32)points,PANSS score of(61.50±2.70)points,and MOAS score of(3.20±0.20)points,which were lower than those of(6.80±0.18),(24.90±2.31),(67.50±2.70),and(5.20±0.30)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose aripiprazole combined with adequate amount of sodium valproate is effective in the treatment of manic patients,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of promotion.
