摘　　要：目的:探讨耳鼻喉科中成药使用情况。方法:回顾性分析该院2019年1月—2020年12月耳鼻喉科开具的500张中成药处方,对处方的一般情况进行分析,探讨处方中存在的不合理情况,并提出针对性的措施。结果:耳鼻喉科中常见中成药为清咽滴丸、感冒灵颗粒、裸花紫珠片。各个年龄段均有使用中成药,且差异不是很大;中成药品种为1种的比例为32.00%,不少于2种的比例为68.00%;不合理用药情况中处方书写不规范占比较大,其次为用法不当;不合理用药导致的不良反应处方数共20张,占比为51.28%,其中恶心、皮肤瘙痒的占比较大,分别为25.00%、20.00%。结论:耳鼻喉科中成药以清咽滴丸使用较多,并且每个年龄段均有使用中成药,在使用过程存在多品种中成药联合使用的情况,会加大不良反应的发生,因此需要加大对于耳鼻喉科中成药的监督力度,保证用药的安全性。Objective:To explore the use of Chinese patent medicines in otolaryngology.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of 500 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines issued by the ENT department of the hospital from January 2019to December 2020,the general conditions of the prescriptions were analyzed,the unreasonable situations in the prescriptions were discussed,and targeted measures were proposed.Results:Common proprietary Chinese medicines in otolaryngology were Qingyan Dropping Pills,Ganmaoling Granules,and Nude Flower Zizhu Tablets.Chinese patent medicines were used in all age groups,and the difference was not very large;the proportion of Chinese patent medicines with one variety was 32.00%,and the proportion of no less than two kinds was 68.00%;in the case of irrational drug use,the proportion of non-standard prescription writing was large,followed by improper usage;there were 20 prescriptions for adverse reactions caused by irrational drug use,accounting for 51.28%,of which nausea and skin itching accounted for a larger proportion,accounting for 25.00%and 20.00%,respectively.Conclusion:Otolaryngology Chinese patent medicines are mostly used in Qingyan Dropping Pills,and Chinese patent medicines are used in every age group.In the process of use,there are cases where multiple varieties of Chinese patent medicines are used in combination,which will increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the Supervision of Chinese patent medicines in ENT to ensure the safety of medication.
