摘  要:目的 探讨老年性睑内翻术后干眼情况及原因分析.方法 2019年3月至2021年3月行单眼睑内翻手术的50例(50只眼)睑内翻患者进行术后随访,患者双眼分为治疗眼组与对照眼组,其中治疗眼为患有老年性睑内翻并行睑内翻矫正术,对照眼为同一患者的健眼.分别在术后1周、术后1、3个月进行眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色、基础泪液分泌试验(ShirmerI试验)和睑板腺功能评分检查,比较治疗眼和对照眼在不同时间点的干眼评价指标差异.结果 睑内翻患者中睑板腺功能障碍及睑缘炎发生率高.术后1周及术后1个月治疗眼与对照眼5项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着时间的增加,术后3个月时治疗眼与对照眼除了角膜荧光染色外,余4项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 引起睑内翻术后干眼原因十分复杂,术后早期存在干眼症状,术后3个月后均能恢复.Objective To investigate the condition and cause of dry eye after senile entropion.Methods 50 patients(50 eyes)with entropion who underwent single eyelid entropion surgery in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were followed up.The patients were divided into the treatment eye group the and control eye group.The eye in the treatment group was senile entropion with entropion correction,and that in the control group was the healthy eye of the same patient.Patients were followed up for 3 months.Ocular surface disease index(OSDI),break-up time(BUT),Schirmer's test(SIT),cornea fluorescein stain(FL)and meibomian gland function score were used to compare the differences in dry eye evaluation indicators between the treated and control eyes at each follow-up time.ResultsThe incidence of meibomian gland dysfunction and blepharitis was high in patients with entropion.The five indexes of the treated and control eyes were statistically significant 1 week and 1 month after operation(P<0.05).With the increase of postoperative time,the other four indexes of the treated and control eyes were not statistically significant except corneal fluorescence staining at 3 months after operation(P>0.05).ConclusionThe causes of dry eye after entropion are very complex.Dry eye symptoms often exist in the early stage after operation.However,this effect usually recovers 3months after surgery.
