手部反射区按摩法预防肿瘤患者PICC静脉血栓的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 评价手部反射区按摩法在肿瘤患者PICC静脉血栓的预防效果.方法 留置PICC导管的肿瘤患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组在患者握拳锻炼的基础上实施护士为主导的手部穴位反射区按摩法,对照组实施握拳锻炼方法,疗程共4周,分别在患者置管后1周、2周、4周,评估两组血液流变学指标和静脉血栓发生率.结果 干预后,两组在1周、2周、4周的血液流变学指标及静脉血栓发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三个时间点观察组临床症状评分低于对照组,静脉血栓发生率低于对照组.结论 手部反射区按摩法可促进肿瘤患者PICC置管侧肢体的血流动力,降低静脉血栓发生率,有效预防静脉血栓发生.ObjectiveTo evaluate the preventive effect of hand reflex zone massage on PICC venous thrombosis in cancer patients.Methods A total of 1oo tumor patients with indwelling PICC catheter were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was given nurse-led hand acupoint reflex zone massage on the basis of patients'fist exercise,while the control group was given fist exercise.The course of the treatment was 4 weeks.The hemodynamic indexes and the incidence of venous thrombosis were evaluated at 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after catheterization.ResultsAfter the intervention,there were statistically significant differences in hemodynamic indexes and incidence of venous thrombosis between the two groups at 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at three time points,and the incidence of venous thrombosis was lower than that of the control group.ConclusionMassage of the hand reflex zone can promote the hemodynamics of the limb on the side of PICC catheterization in tumor patients,reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis,and effectively prevent venous thrombosis.
