经络氧疗法联合盐酸舍曲林治疗卒中后抑郁患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对比观察盐酸舍曲林联合经络氧疗法治疗卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月~2020年12月我院就诊的卒中后抑郁患者86例纳入研究,随机数字表法分为常规治疗组(43例)和观察组(43例)。常规治疗组给予舍曲林口服治疗,观察组给予舍曲林加经络氧疗法治疗,治疗6周。观察治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、美国国立卫生院研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的变化,同时观察治疗后血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)变化趋势。结果治疗后,观察组患者的HAMD、SDS、NIHSS评分及Hcy水平均低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在基础药物治疗的同时加用经络氧疗法可改善卒中后抑郁患者的负性情绪和认知功能,提高其临床疗效,且具有安全、副作用小等优点。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of sertraline hydrochloride combined with meridian oxygen therapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods 86 patients with post-stroke depression treated in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into routine treatment group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The routine treatment group was treated with sertraline orally,and the observation group was treated with sertraline plus meridian oxygen therapy for 6 weeks.The changes of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)after treatment were observed,and the change trend of serum homocysteine(Hcy)after treatment was observed.Results After treatment,the scores of HAMD,SDS,NIHSS and Hcy in the observation group were lower than those in the routine treatment group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the routine treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Meridian oxygen therapy combined with basic drug therapy can improve the negative emotion and cognitive function of patients with post-stroke depression,improve its clinical efficacy,and has the advantages of safety and less side effects.
