综合护理对胃癌手术患者心理情绪、术后康复及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对胃癌术后患者负性心理情绪,术后康复和并发症的影响。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将胃癌手术患者随机分为两组:对照组(n=30)和干预组(n=30)。对照组接受常规护理,干预组在对照组干预措施基础上,实施综合护理干预,比较两组患者的术后恢复情况、并发症情况、不良心理情绪、自理能力、生活质量。结果干预组首次排气、进食量和肠鸣音恢复明显早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,与对照组相比,干预组术后并发症发生率显著降低,出院时自我焦虑量表和自我抑郁量表评分较低,平均自理能力较强,生活质量评分较高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以促进胃癌术后患者胃肠功能的恢复,改善其焦虑抑郁的负面情绪,增强自理能力,减轻术后疼痛,改善胃癌手术患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative psychological emotion,postoperative rehabilitation and complications of postoperative patients with gastric canccr.Methods According to different nursing intervention methods,postoperative patients with gastric cancer were divided into two groups:control group(n=30)and intervention group(n=30).The postoperative recovery,complications,bad psychological mood,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery of first exhaust,food intake and bowel sound in the intervention group was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was significantly lower,the scores of self-anxiety scale and self-depression scale were lower,the average self-care ability was higher,and the score of quality of life was higher in the intervention group.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the negative emotion of anxiety and depression,enhance the ability of self-care,reduce postoperative pain and improve the quality of life of patients undergoing gastric cancer operation.
