摘　　要：目的探讨工娱疗法对淋巴瘤患者生活质量及负性情绪的影响。方法本研究对象为我院2019年2月~2021年2月收治的84例淋巴瘤患者,随机分为两组,对照组接受淋巴瘤基础护理以及常规心理护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予工娱疗法,共干预4周。比较干预前后癌症病人生活质量量表(EORTCQLQ-C30)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)。结果两组干预后EORTCQLQ-C30量表中,功能领域、症状领域、总体健康、生命质量评分均显著高于干预前,且干预后观察组各项评分均显著高于对照组,(P<0.05);两组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于干预前,且干预后观察组各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论淋巴瘤患者采用工娱疗法干预能够显著提升生活质量,降低焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,相关操作简单,具有较高的运用价值。Objective To explore the effect of work and entertainment therapy on the quality of life and negative emotions of patients with lymphoma.Methods Eighty-four lymphoma patients in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received lymphoma basic care and routine psychological care,and the observation group was given occupational and recreational therapy on the basis of the control group for a total of 4 weeks of intervention.The cancer patient quality of life scale(EORTCQLQ-C30),anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),and depression self-rating scale(SDS)were compared before and after intervention.Results In the EORTCQLQ-C30 scale after the intervention of the two groups,the scores of functional areas,symptom areas,overall health,and quality of life were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group after the intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups after the intervention were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of occupational and recreational therapy for patients with lymphoma can significantly improve the quality of life and reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.The related operations are simple and have high application value.
