摘　　要：目的分析心理护理对前列腺癌患者焦虑与抑郁等负性情绪的影响。方法本次研究对象来源于本院2016年8月~2021年8月住院的72例前列腺癌患者,根据随机数字表法分组(每组n=36),对比组接受常规护理,观察组在对比组基础上接受心理护理,对比两组临床疗效、毒副作用总发生率、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分、前列腺癌特异性生存质量补充量表(EORTC QLQ-PR25)评分、患者满意度。结果观察组临床总有效率(86.11%)、毒副作用总发生率(13.89%)与对比组(80.56%、11.11%)比较无明显差异,P>0.05。观察组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于对比组,P<0.05,观察组护理后EORTC QLQ-PR25治疗相关症状、肠道症状、尿路症状评分均低于对比组,P<0.05,观察组护理后EORTC QLQ-PR25性功能评分与对比组比较无明显差异,P>0.05,观察组患者满意度(94.44%)高于对比组(66.67%),P<0.05。结论心理护理可有效减轻前列腺癌患者消极情绪,提高生存质量与满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression in patients with prostate cancer.Methods The subjects of this study were 72 patients with prostate cancer hospitalized in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2021.They were divided into two groups(n=36 in each group).according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,total incidence of toxic and side effects,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,prostate cancer specific quality of life supplement scale(EORTC QLQ-PR25)score and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results There were not difference between two group on total clinical effective rate and the total incidence of side effects(P>0.05).The HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The scores of EORTC QLQ-PR25 treatment-related symptoms,intestinal symptoms and urinary tract symptoms of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The patient satisfaction of the observation group(94.44%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),P<0.05.Conclusion The psychological nursing can effectively reduce the negative emotion of patients with prostate cancer and improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
